My Beloved I pray this finds you very well and looking to our Lord JESUS, Amen.
Most say it was Moses anger that kept him from entering into the blessings and promises God made to Israel. I dare to say it was more than that. I believe disobedience is one of the many other sins he committed. You see sin links to other sins. If you’re caught in one, right around the corner is another. And their consequences, who knows, may be…Only God knows. Even still, Moses had it great because his bones were untouchable and buried by God Himself wow!
I hope for an even better end. My challenge or questions to you are, will you allow sin force you to see your blessings and yet never enter or experience it. Or even worse, will your sins blind you so you enter your promises or blessings and not even know you’re already in them or very near them?
Don’t let your sins hold you back from God’s prepared promises for you.
Deuteronomy 34:1-4
1 Then Moses went up to Mount Nebo from the plains of Moab and climbed Pisgah Peak, which is across from Jericho. And the LORD showed him the whole land, from Gilead as far as Dan;
2 all the land of Naphtali; the land of Ephraim and Manasseh; all the land of Judah, extending to the Mediterranean Seaa;
3 the Negev; the Jordan Valley with Jericho—the city of palms—as far as Zoar.
4 Then the LORD said to Moses, “This is the land I promised on oath to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob when I said, ‘I will give it to your descendants.’ I have now allowed you to see it with your own eyes, but you will not enter the land.”
